I know these pans are non-stick but are they completely mom-stick without spraying or should they be sprayed first. I don'tt want to damage it by greasing it.

Debi, if you are baking something that has a high sugar content, you might want to use a little vegetable or canola oil to coat the pan. We do not recommend using a non-stick spray as this can cause build up on the pan.

  • Q:

I forgot to oil the pan before pouring my batter in. Will my cake still come out?

      A:

Cindy, I hope your cake turned out alright. You should normally not have a problem with the cake releasing from the pan though you may need to loosen the edges with a flexible spatula. The exception may be if the batter has a high sugar content.
