  • Q:

You advertise this as 1.3 cup. I just bought some and they are all marked 1.25 cup. Why the discrepancy? It seems misleading.

Fred, we are aware of the discrepancy and are working to correct the information to state 1.2 cup. Our apologies! It wasn't our intention to mislead.

  • Q:

Can you really write on the lids with permanent marker and still erase it? It said this on the packaging but I'm nervous to try. I don't want to ruin my containers. If you can't use permanent marker what should you use?
Asked on 4/10/2015 by Kiesha from Toledo,OH

      A:

Snapware is covered by a lifetime warranty. Should you experience any issues with the writing, just give us a call. Here are the details:
To Write On: Use a soft tip non-toxic permanent marker or a soft tip wet erase marker. Writing should be contained to the "write here" area and marking on the textured areas should be avoided. You will not be able to remove the ink if it is on the texture area.

      To Remove Markings:

Wet Erase Marker - Simply wash the lid by hand or in the dishwasher.

Permanent Marker - Gently rub off using a soft dry dish cloth, paper towel or tissue.

Other Considerations: Should the ink become hard to remove, you can use a few drops of isopropyl alcohol to remove writing.
