SWEEPSTAKES TIMING: The Sweepstakes will begin at 3:01 AM Eastern Time/2:01 AM Central Time/1:01 AM Mountain Time/12:01 AM Pacific Time on May 1, 2013 and end at 12:01 PM Eastern Time/11:01 PM Central Time/10:01 PM Mountain Time/9:01 PM Pacific Time on May 30, 2013 (the "Sweepstakes Period").

TO ENTER: During the Sweepstakes Period, you may enter by any one of the following methods:

1. By completing and submitting an electronic entry form at designated MAY $1,000 GIVEAWAY Sweepstakes kiosks in all Corningware, Corelle Revere Stores.
2. By requesting a cash register clerk to complete and submit for you an electronic entry form at check-out at any Corningware, Corelle Revere Store.
3. By texting the word "WINNER" to 878787 and completing and submitting the entry form there. Standard texting rates may apply.
4. By scanning the contest Quick Response (QR) code that can be found at the MAY $1,000 GIVEAWAY Sweepstakes kiosks and other designated locations in all Corningware, Corelle Revere Stores and completing and submitting the entry form there.

All entries must be received by 12:01 PM Eastern Time/11:01 PM Central Time/10:01 PM Mountain Time/9:01 PM Pacific Time on May 30, 2013. Limit one (1) entry per eligible person and per email address. Multiple entries received from any person or e-mail address in excess of the stated limitation will be void.

General Entry Conditions: Entries generated by script, macro or other automated means or practices and entries by any means which subvert the entry process are void.  All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.

DRAWINGS: One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing to be held on or about June 8, 2013 from all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

WINNER NOTIFICATION: Potential winner will be notified on or about June 11, 2013 by mail, phone, and/or e-mail and, in the case of a potential winner that is a Canadian resident, will be required to answer a timed, skill-testing question, and potential winner may be required to execute and return an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release and, where lawful, a publicity release within seven (7) days of date of issuance. If such documents are not returned within the specified time period, the skill testing question is not correctly answered within the time allotted, a prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, Sponsor is unable to contact the potential winner, or the potential winner is not in compliance with these Official Rules, prize will be forfeited and, at Sponsor's discretion, an alternate winner will be selected for the drawing at issue.  If the potential winner is an eligible minor in his/her jurisdiction of residence, prize may be awarded in the name of his/her parent or legal guardian who will be responsible for fulfilling all requirements imposed on winner set forth herein.

PRIZES: One (1) US$1,000 gift card for a winner who is a resident of the United States or one (1) CAN$1,000 gift certificate for a winner who is a resident of Canada, both eligible for use at any Corningware, Corelle & more Retail Store, on www.shopworldkitchen.com or for telephone purchases at 1-800-999-3436. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of the Prize is US$1,000/CAN$1,000. Gift card or certificate is subject to certain terms and conditions as specified by World Kitchen, LLC, as issuer. No prize substitution or cash redemption by winner allowed. Winner is responsible for all applicable federal, national, state, provincial and local taxes, if any, as well as any other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided.
