So easy to open and close. As a person gets older it becomes harder to open and close lids and not many products are made for them. Lids that keep items fresh require a special seal and Snapware meets all my needs due to the many sizes. These canisters can be opened with one finger, two fingers, side of finger, side of hand or or a spoon. Close lid with elbow, arm or hand. I have all my pastas, instant rice, regular rice, brown rice, beans, black eyed peas, lentles, popcorn, candy, powdered milk, corn meal and more, in these easy to open and close canisters. The list is totally endless. Snapware has kept my food fresh, clean and dry and I do not have to have someone else open or close the containers for me. I can buy larger quantities and know everything will remain fresh which saves me extra trips to the market. My next project is to dry more herbs from my garden at one time and store in Snapware for the family. Guess I will need more snapware canisters. And I would like to see a 4 cup upright canister, tall, square and thin for herbs. Love my Snapware! November 30, 2011
