Warranty Information

TWENTY-FIVE YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY ON STAINLESS STEEL, ANODIZED ALUMINUM AND COPPER PLATED COOKWARE / ROASTER

World Kitchen, LLC will replace, or exchange for product of equal value (at World Kitchen’s option) any REVERE stainless steel cookware/roaster item which is defective in material or workmanship for 25 years from date of purchase when used under normal household conditions.

FIVE-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY ON ALUMINUM NON-STICK COOKWARE

World Kitchen, Inc. will replace, or exchange for product of equal value (at World Kitchen's option) any REVERE Nonstick cookware that is defective in material or workmanship within five (5) years after the date of purchase when used under normal household conditions.

Damage from overheating or improper use of the nonstick product is not covered by this warranty, nor is scratching, discoloration, or other deterioration of the nonstick surface. This warranty does not apply to staining, warping, pitting or damage resulting from misuse, negligence, accidents or attempted repair. The warranty does not apply to the finish of the phenolic handles and knobs.

The owner must follow the Safety and Usage Instructions provided with the product. Should a warranty problem develop, contact the World Kitchen office nearest you (see list). KEEP THE PRODUCT. You may be asked to return it.

Incidental and consequential damages are expressly excluded from these warranties. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation on incidental or consequential damages, so the foregoing limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction.

TEN-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY ON TEMPERED GLASS COVERS
World Kitchen, LLC will replace or exchange for products of equal value (at World Kitchen’s option) any tempered glass cover, which breaks from heat within ten years from the date of purchase.

FIVE-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY ON COLANDERS
World Kitchen, LLC will replace or exchange for product of equal value (at CCPC’s option) any REVERE colander which is defective in material or workmanship within five (5) years after date of purchase.

ONE-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY ON RACKS, TEA KETTLES, DOUBLE BOILER INSERTS, STEAMER INSERTS AND MIXING BOWLS
World Kitchen, LLC will replace any defective bakeware rack, tea kettle, double boiler insert, steamer insert or mixing bowl within one (1) year from the date of purchase.

The above warranties do not cover damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, commercial use, or attempted repair. Also scratches, stains, discoloration, warping, pitting and damage from overheating are not covered under these warranties. These warranties do not apply to the finish of the phenolic handles and knobs of cookware or plastic covers for mixing bowls.
