24 large scallops
2 tbsp butter, melted
2 slices of brown bread
1 tbsp Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
1 tbsp chopped fresh chives
1 lemon, cut into 4 wedges
salt and pepper, to taste
