Scallops in Garlic Butter

Makes 4 Servings

This recipe is so incredibly easy and so delicious. These scallops can be a main dish or served as a starter for an elegant dinner.

Ingredients

1/2 cup butter
3 garlic cloves, minced
24 large sea scallops
3 tbsp chopped parsley
1 lemon, cut into thin wedges
salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. Melt butter over medium heat in a skillet. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute. Add scallops and salt and pepper and sauté for 5 minutes until opaque.
  2. Serve over rice or with asparagus. Garnish with parsley and lemon wedges.
