Oriental Salmon

So easy, so fast, so good!

Ingredients

2 tbsp teriyaki sauce
4 tsp ginger root, peeled and grated
1 tsp sesame oil
2 garlic cloves, minced
4 salmon steaks
2 limes

Directions

  1. Mix together teriyaki sauce, ginger, sesame oil and garlic in a small glass bowl. Brush mixture over both sides of the salmon teak.
  2. Preheat barbeque to medium high. Place steaks on the grill and cook for 5 minutes on each side, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork. Serve with a squeeze of fresh lime.
  3. Alternatively, grill on top of stove in a grill pan for 3 minutes per side, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
