Mix together teriyaki sauce, ginger, sesame oil and garlic in a small glass bowl. Brush mixture over both sides of the salmon teak.
Preheat barbeque to medium high. Place steaks on the grill and cook for 5 minutes on each side, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork. Serve with a squeeze of fresh lime.
Alternatively, grill on top of stove in a grill pan for 3 minutes per side, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
