Ingredients

Packaged ready-to-bake croissants
1 egg
Brie
Butter
Strawberry jam or a jam of your choice

Directions

1. Preheat the oven to 375F.
2. Spread out the croissant dough without cutting it. Mix the egg with 1 tablespoon of water to make an egg wash. Very lightly brush the top of the dough with this Place the brie in the center. Fold the ends of the dough over the Brie to completely enclose the cheese. Egg wash the outside of the dough. This will help to brown the “package.”
3. Place on a shallow baking sheet and slide the sheet into the preheated oven..Bake about 15 minutes. Heat up some strawberry jam (or whatever kind of jam you prefer) on the stove top until it softens.. When the brie is nicely browned, remove from the oven and let it rest for about 5 minutes. Cut a piece and drizzle some jam over it and enjoy!!!
