Lid is to hard to seal
I should have listened to the other reviews. The dish is nice but it's too hard to get the lid to stay closed and sealed tight.

The lid does NOT fit what it was sold to fit.
I threw the lid away as it did not fit the dish it was sold with; it was too small. This was a waste of money.

On the plus side, nothing should leak!
Got these lids to go with the Pyrex 2-cup divided dish in order to be able to make my own small "TV Dinners." I had one from several years back and really like it.
Well, I got this new set, washed everything and started cooking. Made up my meals and went to put the first lid on -- so tight I didn't think it would fit at all. Tried another, same thing.
With a bit of maneuvering, I have been able to get all of them to fit, but it is no easy task. I never had this issue with my original set, so not sure if there are 2nds or if they just changed their manufacturing process and now they barely fit the bottoms.
I said I would recommend, only because it is so hard to find this size container for when you are trying to eat healthy, not oversized portions, and because Pyrexware is so nice in its ability to go from freezer to oven. However, if I found a good alternative, I'd probably not recommend this product.
I will say, however, that I would definitely shop with this web site again -- the items were shipped quickly and packaged so as to minimize any likelihood of being damaged in transit.

This cover is so tight that it takes extraordinary effort and time to secure it to the glass container.
