Bigger is better !
Pyrex is my first choise for baking. Healthier than metal and non stick surfaces. Even heat distrubution. This size dish allows me to use a full sheet of the fillow dough. It's just great!

I am absolutely thrilled with my baking dish!
I had a 4 qt baking dish, that i used ALL the time, until the fateful day that my sister-in-law broke it! I looked high an low for a new one, but couldn't find what i was looking for, or they were WAY to expensive! I found the solution at the world kitchen website...and much more! Cheap!
