ARRIVED WITH A LEAK
I LIKE THE HOT/COLD BAKING DISH AND USE IT QUITE OFTEN.
HOWEVER, THE HOT PACK BURST AND WHEN I ORDERED REPLACEMENT PACKS ON-LINE ONE OF THEM ARRIVED WITH A LEAK. I HAVE NOT YET TRIED TO HEAT THE OTHER TWO BUT THEY BOTH LOOK LIKE THEY MAY ALSO LEAK. THE REPLACEMENTS ARE OBVIOUSLY NOT AS GOOD QUALITY AS THE ORIGINALS.

Exactly as described & works great!
Could not find anything at the stores so went on-line to get it. We had the carry bag but the previous hot packs were long gone. These work just fine but you really need to heat them in the microwave 2 or 3 times (don't want to overheat them) to get them just right. Good product!

Very happy cook!
My hot pad for the Pyrex Portable wore out after MANY years of use. I was so happy to be able to replace it so easily and inexpensively. Arrived quickly, too!

You must follow the directions on the package!
It's amazing how well the 'hot' feature works on this insert. However, you must lean toward the 'less is better' for heating in the microwave. They stay very hot for quite a long time but if you overheat them, you will ruin them.

Exactly What I Needed
I needed to replace a hot pack for my Corningware portable cookware container. I found exactly what I needed here. Service was excellent and the product was just as described. I had done a lot of looking on the Internet but was unable to find the product I needed until I came to World Kitchen. Good product, excellent service and fair pricing. What more could you ask for?

When the outlet store did not have the item I needed, the very gracious clerks ordered it online for me from the store and I did not have to pay any shipping. I certainly appreciated this help. The item arrived very quickly and was exactly as I ordered.

Perfect replacement
I use my pyrax tote to carry hot food for pot luck dinners. My initial hot pack exploded in the microwave - my fault! This is a perfect replacement. Thank you

Not happy
2 of the 4 hot/cold packs were leaking at the ends when received. It appears they were defective when sent to me, as the packages also had small defects on the surface. You will be receiving a call from me. However, a leaking pack is very messy so I threw them in the garbage rather than mail them back to you. I am probably out what I spent. Hopefully the remaining 2 packs will last for awhile. The problem is this is the only product that allows me to use the CW dish/carrier for cold dishes or hot ones, and I own 2 of the 9 x 13.

Fits Perfectly in my old Portable Pyrex
I have used this only on cold so far and it is great. It kept the food cold for at least 3 hours. It even fit perfectly in my old pyrex portable cold pocket.
