"Flat" is where it's at
I was intrigued by the idea of a flat whisk, and decided to buy one during a recent sale. I cannot believe how well it works! It mixes eggs faster and better than my regular whisk, and the coated outer loop makes it easy to scrape the bowl with it. It looks and feels well-made, and has come out of the dishwasher looking great, too.
