Poor at best
I agree with Buddy... this is one useless cutter. I bought it to slice vinyl without risking cutting my laminator with a regular knife. I could barely get it to go through with a brand new blade. And whats worse... it leaves a wavy, jagged edge when it does cut. I have lots of Olfa products and I'm shocked that they put this on the market. Don't waste your money.

Over priced. Useless product.
Perhaps the description of what this knife could do was a bit overstated. Cut things up to a quarter inch? No way. String? Probably. Strap? Probably. Household scissors can do that just as easily. When I first saw it on the web site, I thought that I would now have an easier way of opening boxes and slicing the cardboard to a recycling size. After I got it out of it's packaging, It wouldn't even slice through the 16th inch cardboard backing. The plastic cover? Forget it. I tried it on various items. Same bad result. Perhaps in a selective business area but definitely not as a household item.
