Refunds, Order Cancellations or Modifications

Gift Card orders are charged to the Gift Card upon receipt. The amount of any order cancellations, refunds or modifications to an order resulting in a reduction of the amount due to World Kitchen, LLC cannot be credited back to the original Gift Card, but will be applied to a new Gift Card that will be sent to you.

Using your Gift Card

Gift cards are redeemable in-store, on-line or through our Consumer Care Center. To use your card on-line, it must have pin number that is located on the back of the card. For your protection the PIN is covered by a scratch-off surface. Gift Cards are redeemable for merchandise only and are not redeemable for cash, except where required by law. Any combination of World Kitchen, LLC Gift Cards and/or credit card may be applied toward your purchase.

Expiration

World Kitchen, LLC Gift Cards do not expire and we do not assess any service fees for non-use. We do not charge a fee for holding on to a card beyond a specified time.
