06. Why is the amount authorized on my credit card more than the total amount of my order?

We apologize for any confusion regarding the authorization placed on your credit card. Our company authorizes for 1% above your total purchase at the time the order is placed. This authorization amount will be replaced by the actual charges upon shipment of your order.

07. An item on my order shows canceled, but I didn't cancel it. Why does it show that status?

Occasionally, orders or parts of an order are canceled by our system for various reasons, including:

   •Difficulty in processing payment information

   •Canceled due to a customer request
