Poor Quality
The integrity and quality of this spatula are weak and poorly made. I became concerned about the stress point breaking after the first use. Around the 3rd time I used the spatula, while scraping and folding muffin batter, the spatula snapped off at the middle stress point. It was obvious this was going to happen. The design and construction is not correct for the work a spatula is designed to do.
