What is the warranty for EKCO® kitchenware products?

"No Questions Asked" Limited warranty. World Kitchen, LLC warrants all items to be free from defects in material or workmanship, and, on return, will gladly repair or replace it with the same item or one of a similar value at no cost to you. What is the warranty for EKCO RADIANCE® Non-Stick cookware?

TWO YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

World Kitchen, LLC will replace, or exchange for product of equal value (at WK’s option) any EKCO RADIANCE Non-Stick Cookware item which is defective in material or workmanship for two years from date of purchase. For this warranty to apply, you must follow these Use and Required Care Instructions. For warranty service, please contact the World Kitchen Help Center at 1-800-999-3436. Should a warranty problem develop, KEEP THE PRODUCT, you may be asked to return it. This warranty does not cover damage from abuse, neglect, misuse, accident or commercial use. Scratches, stains, pitting, discoloration, deterioration, warping or damage from overheating are not covered by this warranty.

Incidental or consequential damages are expressly excluded from this warranty. Some jurisdictions do not allow this exclusion or limitation, so the above may not apply to you.

These warranties give you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction.
