2014 HOLIDAY SHIPPING SCHEDULE

STANDARD SHIPPING orders must be placed by 11:59 AM EST on Wednesday, December 17, 2014.
EXPEDITED SHIPPING orders must be placed by 11:59 AM EST on Friday, December 19, 2014.

Please Note: Due to shipping circumstances beyond our control we cannot guarantee you will receive your order before December 25 unless you follow this schedule, however, we will work diligently to have all orders received on time. Shipping dates may change. Delivery times are guaranteed by the carrier, and may include extra transit time in case of unforeseen delays. We are not responsible for delays in shipping caused by the carriers and/or weather.

SHIPPING SURCHARGES

Some items come with a special surcharge that is charged above and beyond the shipping cost of the order. These surcharges ARE NOT discounted as part of a FREE, FLAT or DISCOUNTED shipping promotion or any other special promotions, unless otherwise specified. The surcharge is a fixed charge based on an item's weight and/or size.

ADDRESS EXCLUSIONS

We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands.

ORDER PROCESSING

Please allow 1 - 3 business days to process your order prior to shipping. You will receive an email confirmation verifying that your order has been shipped. Items might arrive in different boxes on different days.

48 Contiguous States:

STANDARD DELIVERY: Standard delivery may take 5 - 8 business days (includes processing)
EXPRESS DELIVERY: Express delivery may take up to 3 days (includes processing). Online orders ship the next business day.

Canada, Alaska & Hawaii:

STANDARD DELIVERY: Standard delivery may take 10 - 15 business days (includes processing)
EXPRESS DELIVERY: Express delivery may take 3 - 5 days (includes processing). Online orders ship the next business day.

TAX & TAX EXEMPT ORDERS

World Kitchen collects and remits sales tax in all states which have sales tax, plus the District of Columbia. Sales tax is based on the location of the shipping address. For a tax exempt order, please call our Consumer Care Center at 1-800-999-3436 to place your order. Representatives are available Monday through Friday.

LARGE BUSINESS ORDERS

SHIPPING CARRIER

  • Orders more than 7lbs but less than 150lbs will ship via UPS Ground.
  • Orders less than 7lbs will ship via UPS SurePost® (utilizing U.S. Postal Service® for final delivery).
  • Orders 150lbs or more may ship via a specialty carrier and may post additional shipping charges.
  • Expedited Shipping Available for an additional fee via UPS 2nd Day Air.

NOTE: Orders will not deliver on weekends (unless shipped via UPS SurePost®, USPS will delivery on Saturdays if the shipment is available) or holidays.
