I broke the lid to the largest of a set of 3 square Corningware casseroles that we got as a wedding shower gift 35 years ago. They certainly don't look that old...they look brand new even though I use them almost daily. Anyway, I had a difficult time finding a replacement. Even stopped at at Corningware outlet and they gave us this website. It's not EXACTLY like the old lid, but it fits and does the job. It's a little higher than the original I believe, but I am just so happy it works!
Shipping was very fast too! Completely satisfied!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Your 5 liter CorningWare Stovetop Pyroceram casserole (or Dutch oven to the purists out there) feels naked and exposed. It's crying for its own Pyrex lid. And, you know, the time to think about getting the lid is when you buy the dish, especially during a sale.
Inverted, the lid is the perfect way to stack, store and show off your CorningWare while minimizing blemishes that could be caused by nesting. That tower of Pyroceram is a mighty impressive sight in any kitchen and tells the world, yes, YES!, a REAL CorningWare lover lives (and cooks) here.
