Fantasic Customer Service I purchased this lid and it was the wrong size for the old style of dish. I called the company to return it and they offered to send the correct lid at no charge and said that I could keep the lid I had already received. I am amazed by that as no place seems to be generous anymore or have good customer service. February 19, 2012
