Wishing and finding
When I purchased my French White 1-1/2-qt oval casserole (from another retailer), it only came with a plastic lid. Almost every time I used it, I found myself wishing I had a glass lid for it. Upon searching the web for a glass lid, I found World Kitchen. I called customer service to make sure I was ordering the right lid and when it arrived I was thrilled. I am very pleased with World Kitchen.

Good experience
After dropping and smashing my original lid into a million pieces late one Saturday night, World Kitchen came to the rescue! 2 days later, I had a brand new original brand replacement! Kudos, I recommend them to everybody!

Exactly as ordered
I ordered 2 replacement lids for my Corningware and received them in excellent shape; No problems to express-will order again from shopworldkitchen if ever needed again

chipped on first use
I was happy to see that I could get a cover for my 1 1/2 qt oval french corning ware. However, the day that I received it, I washed it and used on my casserole dish and when I went to put it in the dishwasher a piece of glass fell off the edge.
It is just my husband and myself...there are no children to blame for chipping the cover, so I was very disappointed in the cover.
I am hoping that this was just a fluke as I ordered four covers.
