I bought this as a replacement (It had already chipped once, and finally broke when I dropped it into the sink). Since I retired, I have taken over most of the cooking for my wife and me. I also bought a Pop-Ins 23oz oval and 24oz round and a 1.3L Pyrex oval with cover. These mid-size baking dishes are handy for hot lunches and simple dinners. For example, I use the Pop-Ins oval to cook 4 hot dogs, and the round for canned soups augmented with meat. The French White 1.5L dish with glass top is good for pre-cooking meats before I add casserole ingredients. Altogether, a good mix of tools for the easy-meal microwave chef.
