CORNINGWARE BAKEWARE FIVE YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY. World Kitchen, LLC ("WK") will replace any item of CORNINGWARE Bakeware that breaks or chips within FIVE YEARS from date of purchase with the exact or comparable item. The new item will not be covered by this Warranty.

For this warranty to apply, the owner must follow these safety and usage instructions. For a warranty problem, KEEP THE PRODUCT and contact the World Kitchen Help Center at 1-800-999-3436.Incidental and consequential damages are expressly excluded from this Warranty. Some states do not allow this exclusion or limitation, so these exceptions may not apply to you. LIMITED ONE YEAR WARRANTY — CORNINGWARE® PORTABLES™ STONEWARE OVENWARE

World Kitchen promises to replace any stoneware ovenware (dish) with a manufacturing defect within one year from date of purchase.

LIMITED ONE-YEAR WARRANTY PARTS/ACCESSORIES
Any non-stoneware ovenware part/accessory with a manufacturing defect will be replaced without charge within one year from date of purchase. World Kitchen will replace at no charge (WK option) provide a refund for any carrying case or hot/cold pack of the CORNINGWARE PORTABLES which is defective in materials or workmanship for one year from date of purchase. This warranty does not apply to any damage resulting from misuse. Accidental breakage from impact is not covered. Incidental and consequential damages are expressly excluded. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the foregoing limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

For these warranties to apply, the owner must follow the Safety and Usage Instructions. Should a warranty problem develop, contact the World Kitchen office nearest you or call Customer Service at 1-800-999-3436 and explain what happened. KEEP THE PRODUCT. You may be asked to return it.

Limited Three-Year Warranty -- CORNINGWARE® SimplyLite® Bakeware
World Kitchen, LLC promises to replace any CORNINGWARE® SimplyLite® Vitrelle® glass bakeware dish that breaks, chips or becomes permanently stained within THREE YEARS from the date of purchase.

Limited One-Year Warranty -- CORNINGWARE® SimplyLite® Accessories
World Kitchen, LLC promises to replace any CORNINGWARE® SimplyLite® bakeware accessory item (i.e., glass lid plastic lid, Portables™, hot/cold pack, Bamboo Server, and Stainless Cradle with Bamboo Handles) with a manufacturing defect within ONE YEAR from date of purchase.

The foregoing warranties apply only to products damaged during normal household use. These warranties do not cover damage resulting from misuse, negligence, attempted repair or, in the case of CORNINGWARE® SimplyLite® Accessories, accidental breakage from impact. For these warranties to apply, the owner must follow the applicable Safety and Usage Instructions set forth above. These warranties do not apply to items that are: used while camping; used commercially or institutionally; or damaged while moving or in related storage. If the exact item is not available, it will be replaced with a comparable item. Incidental and consequential damages are expressly excluded. World Kitchen, LLC promises to replace any PYREX cover that breaks from oven heat within 2 years from date of purchase.
