Corelle Consistency
These plates have the simplicity and durability I have come to expect from Corelle. They clean, stack, and last well and the white, square aspect lends a modern versatility that is appealing.
My one complaint is that I wish the smaller sized plate was available. I ordered it originally and was informed a trifle abruptly - and several weeks into the process - that it had been discontinued. I would also love to see some larger serving plates offered.
This site's prices are so competitive that any customer service glitches I have experienced have been easily forgiveable. :)

Bigger than you think!
These square plates are really useful. They're almost as large as a typical round dinner plate, so we didn't even need to get the "dinner" size in these square plates -- one size fits all! We also find it easier to arrange food on a square plate than a round one, and they look more elegant as well. We are definitely a big fan of these plates!
The one drawback I would mention is that the plates do have slightly different curvature on the edges when viewed from the side, so when they're stacked, you can see that they're not all identical. This hasn't caused any problems, but it made me a bit uneasy at first when stacking them, that maybe they'd put too much pressure on a funny "bend" in the edge and cause it to crack or something. My fears, however, have not been realized -- these are sturdy, beautiful, functional plates.

Lightweight and elegant squared plates
My daughter had been given pretty but heavy stoneware dinner pieces; she was accustomed to my 30-year-old Corelle and asked for pieces for her birthday. I sent her 8 of the 8 3/4 in plates which she uses for everyday ware for her family -- loves them! They never scratch or chip, are lightweight to handle and take up minimal room in limited cabinet space. Plus the square shape makes them elegant and the white matches everything! We all love our Corelle!

better dishwasher, needed more plates
My new dishwasher holds far more plates and bowls than my old model - so I wanted to order extra Corelle Square Pure White dishes, above my original set for 8.
These dishes are beautiful, understated elegance; great for kids and everyday use.
It seems that other sizes of plates/bowls are only infrequently stocked in this square shape so buy them when you see them!

Love it!!!
I seriously LOVE the coffee mugs. They are practical, pretty, fit in the cupboard well, and wash easily. I use them for coffee, tea, ice water, etc. They hold temperature well also.

Great Plate. Food doesn't slide off
I love them!! Don't have to worry about them breaking and the way the plate is made things do not slide off.
