i mainly bought this product because it is light weight. i am a senior citizen and i could no longer handle those heavy stone products and i remembered that i had corning ware dishes many, many years ago. they are perfect.
I would recommend this to a friend!

A Usable Set of Dishes

They are pretty and light weight and except for the fact that they appear to be seconds I love them. I do wish the cups were of the same material instead of being stonewear. This is why I rated a 3. I wanted lighter, usable dishes. These are that. I also bought the 15 oz. rimmed soup bowls as I use them for the grandkids...pasta, etc.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I called the closest outlet to see if they had the pattern in stock that I wanted so I could pick them up there. I was trying to save the shipping. They did not have them, but shipped them to my door free of charge!
The pattern is simple but elegant. They are durable enough for everyday or can be dressed up with a table cloth and cloth napkins for special occasions.
This is my third set in over 34 years and only because I wanted a change in pattern. My old ones went to Salvation Army for someone else to enjoy!
