I got these on sale after the holidays..now I can't wait to use them next year.. they were a little lighter than I expected but still very nice..actually I can use them now.

I've wanted some holiday dishes for quite a while. I found these on sale and ordered enough pieces for my Christmas Dinner guests. It was nice that you could order them this was so you won't have a lot of extra pieces that you don't use. I received many compliments on them. They are pretty, lightweight, and durable, as you expect Corelle to be, and thin so that, even with a stack of 24, they store in minimal space. I'm certain that I'll have these for many, many more holidays and probably pass them on for the next generation to carry on the tradition. Love them! Thanks World Kitchen!

"Evergreen Rose" is a misnomer for this pattern as it is absolutely traditional holiday holly which is why I purchased
it for winter holiday entertaining. What better use for the light weight yet tough characteristics of Corelle could anyone put it to? The bountiful holly design has an overall faded color appearance; no deep rich colors here. Yet, this feature is what lends the style line its comfortable, rustic, handpainted ambiance. It is this very ambiance which enables each guest user to feel at ease rather than being fearful of chipping or breaking the hostess's fine china. Likewise, the hostess need not feel stressed about her expensive holidayware in the hands of the careless or inept. I specifically chose the luncheon plate size as it best suits a holiday party venue.
