Like the design
The design and make is good but not very happy with the look meaning it seems like a used product . The bottom of the mug looks beat.

This item looks beautiful and cute.
I always wanted a white mug of this size to drink milk and I'm so happy to find this one on shopworldkitchen.com. I use it daily and I'm quite satisfied.

Durable, nice looking
Stoneware is not as delicate and perfectly white as the Vitrelle plates, but is still nice. Durable and matches plates well.

I realize these are mugs, but I wish saucers were available for these mugs.

Great Cups!
I really like these cups. They match my dishes really well. The cups that came with my dish set were huge....I didn't like them at all. These are a great match. Might get some more.

The cup design was both utilitarian & attractive. The price could not be beat, while the speed of delivery was most impressive. The personal customer service provided over the phone during ordering was helpful and expecially courteous

I not only was very pleased with the quality of the product, but I was most impressed with your commitment to me and my satisfaction. One of the cups arrived with a broken handle and when I reported this to you, you shipped me another one without asking me to return the broken one which would have been inconvenient and a nuisance.
