these are the good knives
twenty five years ago I bought a set of Chicago Cutlery and still have them. When I bought this set of knive I was hoping they were like my old ones and they were. These are the best knives I have ever purchased. I would recommend them to everyone. They hold a good sharp edge and I've never had trouble with the wood handles and my set is 25 years old. This new set is a great addition to the set I already have.
