Awesome sharpener for those who can't use a steel!
I could never get the trick to sharpening my knives with a steel so I bought two of these sharpeners (they were on sale). It works like a charm! ANYONE can sharpen a knife with this! NOTE: Be sure to put it on top of a cutting board so that when you draw the knife through the sharpener the tip will sometimes strike the cutting board and therefore not nick your countertops!!! I have subsequently purchased two more since I have three grown kids who don't have a decent sharpener. Can't go wrong.

Works Acceptably
Works acceptably for the price, however don't remove the cardboard piece on the underside it provides the tension when you extend the device to sharpen. Cheap design.
