I am happy with the weight of the knives, and even though I thought the steak knives themselves may be too skinny, I ended up liking them a lot. Because they are not wood handled they can go in the dishwasher without worry. I've been slicing up veggies, meat, and you-name-it and am very happy with the sharpness and ease of use.

This set of knives is exactly what I needed to compliment my kitchen. They are a fantastic set to add to anyone's kitchen if you are looking for only one set to own or as an addition. I unboxed my delivery today and I had to write in my personal views. This block set in stainless steel is absolutely the best buy I have made in years. The full tang runs end to end and is part of the handle which after hunting for weeks and weeks is NOT always what a person will find. This is excellent quality and Im very happy with this purchase and will pass along to all my friends about this website and quality products.

After remodeling my kitchen I decided to purchase a new knife and block set and chose this one due to the design and looks. I have rather small hands and normally find knife handles to be too large and not comfortable to use, however with this set I am extremely pleased and would highly recommend. Knives were sharp and have remained so for the past year of use.
