Like butter on a hot skillet
My bread slides out like I heavily greased the pan and all I did was take a pastry brush with a little oil to the sides. I'm not even sure I need to do that much. Time will if the coating starts to come off like other brands. Browns well, bread is beautiful. I've made whole wheat bread and pumpkin already and very pleased with the results!

Exactly what I needed!
