I roasted a turkey on this grill pan so I could put vegetables underneath to roast to include in the broth/gravy. I noticed that the non-stick coating stuck to the vegetables, came off and was floating in the broth and I had to throw it all out.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I've owned two before and decided to buy five more online because the price is good. The product quality is also good, and these are hard to find in stores.
