World Kitchen, LLC promises to replace or exchange for equal value (at WK's
option) any Baker's Secret bakeware item with
defects in material or workmanship. This
warranty does not cover scratching, staining, misuse, abuse or
institutional/commercial use. For this warranty to apply the owner must follow
these Use & Care Instructions. Should a warranty problem develop, contact World
Kitchen, LLC at 1-800-999-3436. KEEP THE PRODUCT. WK may ask you to return it.
Incidental and consequential damages are expressly excluded from this warranty.
Some jurisdictions do not allow this exclusion or limitation, so the foregoing
limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific
legal rights and you may also have other rights, which vary from jurisdiction to
jurisdiction.
