BEST EVER!!!
I used a friend's Bakers Secret sheet when I visited recently and had to order my own as soon as I returned home! Service was efficient and I was making evenly cooked cookies and flatbread pizzas within 2 days of returning home! It is the best baking item I have ever used.

I won't bake cookies without these
I absolutely adore these pans. I bought one years ago at an outlet mall and fell in love. Well, when baking cookies, one pan just isn't enough. I needed another one to load up with cookies while the first one was in the oven. I'd never got to go back to the outlet mall though (stopped during a vacation) so when they went on sale here after Thanksgiving, I snapped two more up. I love that my cookies simply won't burn if I forget them in the oven on these pans. They get rather crispy (though that's how my mother prefers her cookies anyway), but they don't burn. Genius!
My only complaint is how long shipping took. I ordered them the Monday after Thanksgiving and they didn't arrive until the week before Christmas. That's over three weeks! Due to that, I won't be ordering from World Kitchen again unless the prices are unbelievably low.

best baking sheet
i love this baking sheet. the reason for a 4 star and not 5 is because it's too big to fit inside my dishwasher, i suppose i could remove the top rack. overall, it's cooks evenly and stuck on food comes off easily. another reviewer mentioned that their order had arrived damaged which made me worry about ordering but my order was shipped in a nice, big, box with the cookie sheets double wrapped in bubble wrap.

Air Baking ...Better...Better...Best
I made my first batch of peanut butter cookies last week for Thanksgiving & they were a hit. No more burning some bottoms & the best, no messy cleanups. I'm a fan!

Not really impressed
When the baking sheets first arrived one of them was dented. from shipping. I didn't feel it would impair the workmanship of it so I let that pass.. thought the sheets were a bit light weight. the ones they were replacing I've had for about 20 years. I doubt very much these will last that long. I don't find anything special about these.
